Roll Up Roll Up! Enrolment Day Thursday 21st August for Adult Learning In Stonehaven
It’s that time of year again. Are you going to while away some of the winter hours by picking up a new skill? Do you want to master new technology?
As ever, there is a variety of courses on offer during evening or daytime at Stonehaven Community Centre and other venues in Stonehaven and Inverbervie.
Enrolment Day is at Stonehaven Community Centre on Thursday 21st August between 9.30 a.m. – Noon; 2.00 – 4.00 p.m.; and 6.30 – 8.30 p.m.
There is a variety of Computing classes (both beginners and refresher courses) as well as Digital Photography and an introduction to using online services (using Skype, online security, shopping on line etc. for those over 60.
For those who want to learn craft skills, there are classes in Upholstery/Furniture Restoration, Woodwork and Woodturning.
Those with a thirst for creativity can choose Water Colours, Floral Art or Creative Writing.
There are classes in French, Sign language and in Lip Reading as well as in Yoga.
Enrolment for these classes takes place in Stonehaven Community Centre on Thursday 21st August between 9.30 a.m. – Noon; 2.00 – 4.00 p.m.; and 6.30 – 8.30 p.m.
