The K&M Transport Futures Forum is a new, high-reaching transport initiative rooted in communities. This exciting new project is being supported by a range of partners to allow a collective, global approach to local transport solutions. Bringing together public, private, voluntary sectors with the community, it will be a forum open to anyone with interests and ideas on transport and travel in Kincardine & Mearns.
The first session will focus on generating a vision for the future of transport in K&M. During the second and third sessions we will start to brainstorm the first steps needed to take us there. A steering group for the forum will be recruited from among attendees allowing the direction and activity to be guided by a range of skills and backgrounds.
The LAUNCH SESSION is on THURSDAY 29 MAY 2014 6pm – 8pm at Forest View Centre, Woodside Place, Stonehaven AB39 2TD
