Aberdeenshire Voluntary Action (AVA) is the Third Sector Interface for Aberdeenshire. We are recruiting for our innovative new project which will connect and support effective collaboration between integrated health and social care teams and local voluntary and community organisations. CHiP aims to influence and improve service design and delivery and significantly contribute to improving health and wellbeing in our local communities.
